What's up Peeps?
Well here goes nothing...considering the 954 weighs in lat the same weight as the F4i does that mean that they both have the same size front tires...want to buy an Avon Azaro off of Jay from RM and it's coming off his F4i race bike. Any help will be greatly appreciated. THANKS AGAIN !

it doesnt matter how much the bike weighs, only the size ofd the front tire..most rims are 17 inches, RR's are 16....so yes, it will fit. and yes, that tire is brand new, and yes i want it too you lucky basta'd

Teach,
I've always been told that race take-offs weren't as good because they've already been through a heat cycle and that each time the tire goes through a heat cycle it takes longer for the tire to warm up the next time you go out and ride on it. Especially on the street where your tires don't the same kind of cycling they do on the track. Have you ever used race take-off fronts on the street and had any luck? Just curious...

the street doesnt put enough heat into the tire to call it a heat cycle..it is true though that the more cycles you have, the less it will grip....this only comes into play in racing when you almost melt the tire and it ***** up on the edges...five to ten of those and you can consider your tires junk...the tearoffs i have only have 1-2 cycles in them...great for the street, not so good for the track....i have had nothing but success with them, you just need to be wary and awake when you first get on your bike,,,the tires need extra time to heat up, but when they do...the grip is uncomparable to dot street tires...
