In the 1986 movie Back to the Future 2 , there was a scene where the Christopher Lloyd Character is looking through the sports almanac and he happens to "look Back" at the 2003 World Series. He tells Michael J. Fox that the Boston Red Sox won the 2003 series by beating the a Florida team. (what is even more amazing was that when the movie was made Florida didn't even have a baseball team then.)

It is not true. The infamous Gray's Sports Almanac goes from 1950-2000. Back to the Future 2 was released in 1989.

I didn't think it was true ... They had done a segment on it on a morning radio talk show and he might have missed the part where they asked someone to verify it ... I don't think he lied on purpose ... Would have been kinda freaky if it was true, though, huh ...
