All really good points.

Doesnt matter anyway, they pass the law all u have to do is go out and get one of them gay *** chrome german thinga ma bobbers and wear that.

I know half the states that require a helmet DO NOT specify any dot or snell approved helmet anyway.

So in short if they pass the law just go out and get your self a plastic GI Joe hat... call it a helmet and ride....... if your bound and determined to ride with out.

I personally like the choice of being able to cruise 2 blocks up the street w/o a helmet.
