So a couple of weeks ago Chris 'escaped' from a concord prison.... now it seems BRian is on the move

Massachusetts Senator Brian Joyce filed legislation yesterday to cut down the construction time on a project that would widen a stretch of Route 128. The legislation would allow a ''design-build'' initiative to reduce the construction time by seven to eight years, as well as cut costs, Joyce said. The project is currently slated to take 12 to 15 years. The state Highway Department now has a process that waits until the design is completed before the project is begun.
