Yesterday was spent gettign ready for the riding season.

Gave the XR-50 some TLC. I've been riding it for 2 years straight and it has taken a beaten. Finally changed the oil on it. Mounted the street tires on the spare rims :YEAH I could not believe how much fast that bike is with street tires. Whoe would ever guess street tires would make it fast? Need to order some new levers and a sprocket. Got to give Shawn McNeil some props. He put the big bore kit in 4 years ago and that motor never needed anything and still runs strong.....

TTR-125 motor was pulled to find the rings were siezed to the piston. Ordered the BBR big bore kit.....

Worked on the 450 a bit. Pulled all the ice screws out. I need to stop at the store and get a license plate holder. Hopefully Nault's will have them in stock

Got a new battery for the Honda Night Hawk.

Now I just got to get going on the 954. I wonder why I am scared to start that project....

Also get a permit again. Need to borrow someones bike to take my road test Wednesday or Thursday.......

Shawn and I talked about putting my 954 back together last night. I think we may have worked something out. Teach and I were comming up with the master plan for me to have a free CBR1000R. Stayed tune for further details.

 

The plan is grab a wrench and go. 2 days tops to build a bike frame up.

1000RR's are nice. Sign me up for a free one while they're being handed out.

 

Ftrain or teach what's the difference between the 450x & 450r?

 

lots of differences. Motocross bike compared to an enduro bike.

 

450x is a trail riding bike while a 450r is a motocross track bike

450x also has a bunch of stuff on it to make street legal pretty easy

 

i want a 50 if anyone knows where i can buy one....

 

i got one with bars...stock everything else...friend of mine...wants 7 or 8 for it i thik
