my buddy has them on his 50 and personally i preffer bmx handlebars since they sit a bit higher i have a freestyle bars on mine with a fast 50s clamp and its about 2 inches higher

met another kid with the motocross style applied clamps and even he said he should have gone with the bmx style set up

i'd definatelly try to test them first since either set up isnt exactly cheap

bmx bars all the way...

mx bars on 50s are too low/wide but bmx bars come in different heights...

the downside to bmx bars is they will streip easier than mx.

Thumbs up

I like the BMX style bars myself. Just dont care for the looks or the prices of the big bike style.

Re: Applied bars

You can get fat bars that have a 6 inch rise. Just buy raptor ones.

Re: Applied bars

I got lucky, my buddy had an extra bar. It ended up having a nice rise. I had no idea the difference it made until I rode his with a bar with a smaller rise. It's like night and day how much easier it is to ride with a taller bar (I'm 6'2" though)

Re: Applied bars

I have them on my 03 fiddy and love them...they give a feel of more balance when doing stoppies...they do sit really low even with their high rise triple clamp...little more difficult to do wheelies than the bbr or fast 50's bars b/c of leverage... :YEAH :YEAH :YEAH :YEAH
