Xr200 vs fiddy?

Ive been noticing lately how cool these fiddys are, but I havent actually seen anyone ride one, or stunt one in person. I was thinking about getting one (even though Im huge, 6foot3 200lb), but then I noticed (or remembered), I have an 1990 xr200 sitting in my garage that needs to be fixed. Its gunna take a lot to fix (already took out the whole motor and took it apart today). I was wondering though, do you think it would stunt as well as these little fiddys, or should I try to sell it to help pay for a fiddy? Im a pretty big guy... what u guys think?

I guess I could just find out for myself once I get it fixed, but that may take a while. Never ridden a fiddy anyways.

Re: Xr200 vs fiddy?

im sure you can stunt it just the same as any other bike. whats cool about 50's is theyre made for little kids and its funny to see somebody stuntin on a kids bike. plus you can throw it in your trunk whenever you go somewhere and then park it in your closet if you wanna.

there isnt anything that you can do on a 50 that cant be done on a bigger bike.

coo. Just wasnt sure what the difference between the fiddy's and the 200 would be.

How bout maintenance on a fiddy? are they easy to work on? simple? I know they are honda, and honda is awsome.

Well...I've got one of each of the bikes you mentioned and the fiddy is more legal to ride on the road and around, but an xr200, expecially the early 90's ones are great trails bikes and if you put some street tires on it you could probably stunt it good.

Yo, Im 6' 4" and 245lbs. and have had a 50 for 2 years now. Havent had a problem with it at all yet. XR50 are probably one of the easiest motors to maintain. just make sure that you keep plenty of oil in it and the filter clean and youll be good to go.

SO GET THE 50

bottom line, get the fiddy... you won't regret it. Smaller bikes are more fun
