idle adjustment mod

well i got tired of trying to adjust my idle with my finger nail so i made this.....
its basically the original idle screw from my carb with a miniature screwdriver JB welded onto it...... it makes adjusting the idle for no handers super easy............ thought i would share....

nice, I did the same thing lastnight, I took the idle screw out of my CAG pocketbike(yeah the pocketbike) I took an extra carb I had here and modified it to fit on the pocketbike and it works great, well it did until I robbed it of the idle screw

if I had a camera I'd post a picture,it's in my pocket right now, waiting to go ride :-P

Re: idle adjustment mod

I just use the adjustment on the throttle cable where it connects to the hand throttle

Thats what I do. If you have and aftermarket throttle with the barrel screw adjustment thing, just screw it out some. I use it all the time for no-handed circles and rollin' 'em slow. The only thing I hate about them is that when you do highchairs and stuff over the bars, you hit the cable and cause it pull making you speed up a little.
