Bent subframe?
One of my boys wrecked and twisted the hell out of his subframe. The seat was like a banana seat.

So we did some custom fabrication and repair on-site to get it rideable again

Been there, done that. I WILL scrape the rear fender without a 12 bar.

My friend scraped the rear fender with a piece of wood jammed under the rear fender. It snapped off and was hilarious.
