fact is i was told by a dpd leuteinant(cant spell sorry)(dallas pd) friend, no , not sgt. stadanko, so im going by what i was told and thats what i did, whether it stays in your file or not isnt the point, fact is all departments are different, i dont know what deparment you are with so it may be different than here, requesting it to be removed and having it done is two different things and thats a fact also,another fact is the i a d guy i talked to, didnt seem to be my word verses your word, when i had a witness to back it up like the dude in this post, im sure if its on the side of the road with no witnesses or vid camera then yeah probably so your word against his and obviously they gonna lean towards the cops side no disagreement there.

If you trully feel that you were treated or dealt with in a disrespectful manner i would write a letter to the chief of sheriff certified and request an answer by phone or letter into your situation.. don't play it off like you've never done anything wrong but try and find out a happy medium where you can ride place or time that they wouldn't have a problem with ...or just come down to columbus and ride with me!!!!!!!! hahahhahahahah keep in mind even if they are found to be in the wrong by the dept the most they would get where i work is a written or oral repremand. which i stated before is gone in 6 months as long as it doesn't happen again in that time frame

that seems steep but im sure its just a scare tactic. ive had many of runs in with the cops (ask anyone who rode during the houston 50 ride ) and most of them thought it was funny and just asked up to leave, except that movie theater owner haha

ive pretty much been told i can ride on private property whenever i want, but the school across from my friends house the cops that work for the school told us we cant ride there anymore if we get hurt or something but he was coo about it

just ride who cares, beating up the streets is soo much fun seeing the look on peoples faces, and doing wheelies through intersections praying there are no cops around. but be advised you probably will get caught doing dumb stuff like that how do i know i have court on the 17th for no headlight, taillight , registration your best bet is to just stay on the sidewalks from point a to b unless you really want to stunt that bad

and plus with all these gopeds, mini choppers, and pocket rockets being the latest craze they are going to need to setup some kind of rules where its legal to ride somewhere. ive been told that under 50cc is considered a bicycle and has to follow all the rules of a bike ie: no sidewalk , must be on street and with flow of traffic etc etc so right there im like ok i can ride on street but it depends on cop

damn glad i was issued my ' ride your fiddy all you want id card ' to much drama with the popo. If you guys like i'm working a july 4th parade on saturday as special duty... i could just make all the scooters walk it...hahahahhahahatell them i'll only allow fiddies in the parade..... :YEAH

What is the harm in riding a 50 in a lot with nothing around you, not harming anyone.

It makes me mad to think that my tax dollars are payin them to enforce such stupid things.

 

I don't know what the laws are like there but here in arizona and in california you don't need a license to operate a motorizied vehicle if it is under 50cc's thats how those kids on the scooters get away with it! they're just mad cause its a bike and your havin' fun while there stuck working. check your local laws on licenses and cc's if you follow the traffic laws you should be in the clear.

Our town is so gay...the Police think they are hot stuff, drivin in their crown vics.

They stopped my brother for running a red light, and the cop ran 3 of em just to catch up to my bro.

Also, my brother used to be in explorers which is like Boy Scouts but with the popo, and he said that they turn on their lights and speed just to go to Dunkin Donuts' or somethin' like that. GAY..

There are these 2 kids by me who have a gay scooter and a moped, which are not liscenced, or nothing. And the cops dont do **** about them.

Man my town makes me freaking SICK, i need to move.

I just hope we can go crusin again, and not have to just like stick to my street and annin, it gets boring very fast.

i went to Orlando, Disney World, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers this week.

TOTAL FIDDYS SEEN : 0
TOTAL BIG BIKES SEEN : 1 - and it was a crappy r6 and the guy couldnt do a wheelie.

Sanibel Island is awesome for fiddys, there are bike paths that would fit perfectly for fiddys. There are next to no cops, and the cops were riding Bear Trackers and a Blaster in the street. The locals are real laid back and i got about 10 people stop me when i wore my shirt with a fiddy on the back.

JEEZZZZ...i need to stop typing and go outside.

HA, telling them you were told this or that won't do shiat. I was pulled over for having underbody lights on my car back in the day. I had been pulled over before for a different reason while my lights were on and the cop didn't say a word, i even asked after he didn't mention them and he said they were ok. Well a few weeks later I was driving in town and a state trooper flipped a u and pulled me over. Told me I "knew I wasn't allowed to have them" I'm like uhh i was specifically told that I could have them by a town cop to which he replied "town cops don't know the law." And then he wrote me a ticket.

And i'm totally with f1fty. I see kids mobing all over town with go peds, the electric pocketbikes, and electric scooters. When I recieved my ticket AND COURT DATE for ridding my pocketbike on the street I asked how come all these kids ride and don't get in trouble, all he said was "their all illegal." Yet I guarentee there won't be any 10yr olds in court with me for riding their electric scooter on the street....

I've had the police to my house six times, and I've only owned my 50 for almost two months now. A couple of times I had to run from them and hide the damn thing in my house and deny I owned one! I always got the samew lecture..."You can't ride it on the streets, but you can ride it on your own lawn." So that's what I do now, and the ******* neighbor's that always call and complain, still do, but when the cops get here now, I just keep doing my circle wheelies in my front yard laughing my *** off at them, because they can't do jack! I do burnouts in my driveway with them sitting right there, and it really pisses them off! I won't touch the street anymore in my town, because I know they're just waiting to impound my 50!!!

 

Thats BS... but here in wyoming i dont think they really give a **** about fiddy's, seeing as im the only one in a town of 50,000 that really stunts one.. But I usually ride in my neighborhood, all over the roads, on an abandoned road in the neighborhood, and the church's back parking lot.. and no one seems to care.

Today i was out ridin, and was doin a good distance wheelie and when i set it down i saw a cop driving down the street about 1 house up.. he clearly saw me doin the wheelie, and he just drove by, looked at me, and smiled i love my town :YEAH
