Well my friend bought his pocketbike today so we had to drive them around the block. Well we got a little crazy and ended up crossing a busy road, a state trooper saw us and chased us down. We both recieved tickets for which we must appear in court for. The ticket was for "operation of minibike on a public roadway." Anyone have any idea how much i'll get fined for this? This was our first time getting pulled over, the town cops that showed up said to consider this a warning from them but that they didn't have control over what the state trooper did. I'm guessing a $200 fine or so..... anyone else ever gotten something like this? I'm gonna look into getting this thing licensed. You can license a 49cc moped, why couldn't you license this mug? I dunno though, Nebraska doesn't let me do anything fun.

Mopeds have a headlight, tail-light, horn, and turn signals.

 

I know and i figured if i put all that on my pocketbike i could register it. But turns out the reason mopeds are allowed is cause they have pedals....
