i have a fiddy and i need bars. my friend has pro-taper and they seem good. but i want to know which bars everyone else likes.

 

i like my 8 inch fast 50's bars.

where did you get thyem from? and i also dont know if i should buy a kit or just buy the long cables seperate.

 

ebay is the best bet for building a bar setup as far as saving money. i bought mine from www.fast50s.com usually when u put taller bars on u need longer cables. there is a piece you can buy that rises and moves ur stock bars forward.

 

do you know where i can get that peice. i wanna make it easier to wheelie.

I have Joker bars, I love em... the triple tree also has a S-curve forward so it moves the bars ahead...

I had the riser from 50ccracing. Its a great cheap temporary solution. I lucked out the other day and found a Joker Machine Tallboy kit from Denniskirk.com for $171 shipped. I couldnt pass this deal up. It should be arriving today.

Whatever you get, make sure you know what parts your getting. Some come complete with cables and all, others utilize the stock cables or you need to purchase grips, etc. Thats just something to look at when your considering a bar kit.

go to you local bmx shop and get some bars, stop giving in to the high priced 50 market
