Rider....I forgot I don't know how to ride.....

Depending on the type of track you race maily concerning jumps..... no matter how good a rider you are.....if you are put at a serious disadvantage because of your equiptment you can lose. Going against a bike making twice the hp/ better suspension with a slightly less experienced rider you will have no match unless you are the best rider in the world. Maybe if you found someone with a kick *** bike who didn't know how to ride or never raced before you could win.......

I find it hard to believe you race in pro 50 races with stock handlebars.
Why would you put yourself at a disadvantage right off the bat?

Well unfortunately I fall iin this catagory now. LOL.

That's OK. I've passed GSXR1000 when I had a SV650 on the outside of corners on the track. .

It's usually 80-90% Skill, 10 % Machine until the skill levels start getting even.

That's why I bought 2 50s. One to pimp and get the chicks (Kidding) and one to practice everyday on.

 

Why does Bubba stewart put down faster lap times on his 125 than everybody on 250 except chad reed? He is good. Read had like a half second better only.

 

Eddie, I believe he is talking about actual "motocross" not Z50 drag racing

 

I know............. I'll just give my bike to someone who can ride the dirt better than me.
