Thats a big z. What were the mods to make the fork work.. I cant find a fork for my z. The sl 70 isnt wide enough. Did the xl bolt right on..

 

king, the MR50 mod works on the Z as well, with the exception of the use of a CT70 triple clamp. im in the process of doing one right now.

 

I guess that i never tried an MR50 fork just the SL70 but the legs are too close. Can you tell me the width of a mr50

 

those are zb 50 front triples
the only mod was to add some aluminum spacers in the lower part of the clamp the 70 forks are like 1 mm skinnier than the zb's
i had to shave a lil bit off the hub to make it wider on the brake stay
and used the 70 front brake cable
i took a old aluminum fork brace and chopped it up for a cable stay
it bolts up where the fender bolt holes are

 

hey fab try those zb triples they are a lil more thicker and stronger lookin than the mr might be the same as ct though
not sure if your using the mr triples on the new xrs

 

Id def rather ride that z than kingof blings (no offenese kingofbling). It is more even and i wouldnt feel right wheeleing it.
