Tweaked front end

I just put my new fast 50s bar kit on and found out my front end is tweaked. I thought it was just my stock bars as I completely killed them doing endos. I like to do endos more then wheelies so I need a good front end that won't break the bank. What do you guys suggest is the cheapest and most effective for a 200+lbser?

go with the nylon inserts if you're doing stoppies.. the lateral movement of the forks while endoing is pretty extreme and you want something that won't tear up those shiney new fork legs.. you'll go through the nylon bushings faster, but they are hella cheaper than new fork legs each time!

brass is bad! It wears away the inner tube then the slop returns

I highly recommend www.50ccracing.com for the bushings. I ordered the nylon ones last Friday and they hit my mailbox today. Nice service right there.

Also I have gearworks springs wating to be installed and if I buy plus 1 fork legs will they still work? Also I've read ideas of people straighting them by stuffing them. Anyone try this and like it? Like using threaded rod or something.

The springs will still work if you use the longer fork lowers, you may want to invest in a bigger rear shock to even out the height of the bike. With the GW springs and longer forks, your front end will be raised about 2 or so inches.

Here's my bike with the sano fork lowers and GW springs

I have springs for all around. I don't have the cash now for a new shock. Don't really have the cash to buy new legs either but those are more important at this point.

my buddy had both of his front fork legs bent he just put in the +1 fork legs from red baron ( link on 50ccracing.com) they were like $110 came with nylon inserts and a new front brake cable and he's got springs in front. Seem to work good. Just did them this past weekend but he says theyre workin pretty sweet. think theyre all about the same though. cost would be my biggest thing to look at

good luck
