always. i ride my 50 in the dirt, jump it. i don't stunt it, so a helmet is always needed...

 

dude, 30mph is 30mph...whether you're on a mountain bike or you're on a streetbike, your head will hit the ground with the same force.

 

I always wear my helmet. Why not?

 

dood, yer a freakin moron. this is me after i blasted into a 4x4 post in the dark full speed. (nothin crazy about that) the worst things happen when u least expect them to. i hope u all learn a leeson from this pic. not only did this cost over $15,000, but i am now scarred on my face for life. and yes i still ride my fiddy daily. use some common sence.

I wear one when dirt riding sometimes, when I'm in a parking lot I usually don't......but I bring it with me....does that count for anything.

 

well after breaking my teeth and having them inbeded into my lips and yanked out i think i well wear my helmet!


trust me people you dont want to have 4 teeth in your lips waiting at the hospital for 11 hours!

 

i wear a helmet if i try jumps and dangerous things, but thats about it. if i get hurt its my own fault...

But, Yes it is total common sense, I aggree... I do bring it... Yeah I am stupid for not putin it on.... But it is always too late when I think about it.... (USUALLY after I crash and in pain)

 

lol that pic looks like someone after I got into a fight with them a while back. j/k bro that sucks. I don't wear a helmet on my fiddy. I'm not stranger to pain though. I couple years ago I did a handrail downtown (on my bmx bike) that has 7 kinks in it and curves 45 degrees to the left. At the time no one had ever done it, I got to the last set of stairs and pulled off at the very bottom step. Nose cased my front tire into the step and took one straight to the face. fractured my check bone and my eye was swollen shut for 4 days Not having any depth perception sucks!

P.S. that was at 4am and I had to ride the subway home with all the drunks and druggies

 

once and a blue moon ill put on my streetbike helmet. i wore it for the first mont then i gave up on the helmet.

 

I wasn't wearing mine for the longest time... then I bounced my head off the pavement running into my buddy. He was on his fiddy, and I was on the TTR. **** happened so quick I don't even remember it! Didn't get hurt too bad but made me realize that I could. The helmet will stay on for now

i got a pimp *** brain bucket for riding the fiddy but i've yet to wear it... it's so cold now i gotta wear a beanie to keep warm.
(i just rock the slow **** in garages so it's nothing over 15-20mph)

I almost never wear a helmet. I wore my street helmet once and I swear my brain told me anything requiring and helmet is scary and I couldn't stunt for ****. I'm thinking about picking up a motox helmet, though for some protection.

I've lost teeth on a BMX bike -- bike slammed on my face after aborting an air. So yeah, I wear one on any bike now.

its one those helmets dudes wear on aircraft carriers (dont know the technical name) but an LSO on my ship gave it to me when I got out.
