dump it to wheelie or power?
I can sorta do both, but they're both pretty shitty so i want to pick one and stick with it. what does everyone else use to get it up ona stock 50? do sprockets help a great deal?
I usually shift up to second, revv it up a bit and dump the shifter. I don't go too crazy with the rpm's, just enough to pop it up. I've been doing that since my fiddy was brand new and it's starting to pop even if I don't rev it. I can do them in second without popping the clutch, but I get tired after about 20 mins of doin it that way. Hell of alot easier poppin the clutch if you do it right.
A bone stock fiddy will come up easily in 1st or 2nd, once you get used to it. Popping the shifter (clutch) seems unneccesary, IMO.
It really does just take practice. When I first got my fiddy I couldn't get it up for ****, even in 1st. Now pulling it up in 2nd seems so easy I laugh at how I struggled with it at first.

What do you guys do for tire pressure? leave it kinda high where it was from honda or lower it? I lowered the psi the day i got it and it seemed to help alot, now it kinda seems unstable

I've had mine for a week, and 1 st, and second gear is no problem. I find 2nd is easier, but your going faster, so if you dump, it can hurt the little guy
I'd say to lift it is 10% throttle and 90% you yankin' on the bars. I foyu wanna practice finding the balance point, drag your feet while you wheelie.
