It's the BIG bolt directly under your engine....just loosen that

I don't use the idle screw. I use the cable slack adjustment that is on the cable right next to the throttle under the rubber boot. It's way easier than using the screw on the carb.

you can pull up the tension at the throttle twist on the tensioner..
