I acquired a z50 replica from jincheng skyteams lynx50

I am contemplating selling it for an xr but i like wheelies and speed, fat tires do good, but I rode my budidies xr and wheelied the **** out of it straight and think i could get used to it,

wondered if there is anything I could do to the lynx to help the low end bog when you go from idle to full throtle? it bogs and wants to die until you let off the throttle about half?

any input is greatly appreciated

choke. Use the choke and find the right spot so it gets rid of the low end bog. After mud or water i use it on my z to find it because it will bog. but choke is the easiest way to jet a 50.

 

there is 3 settings on this carb for choke.

all the way down is off, middle is half, all way up is full open, it dies, middle runs a bit better but i want more, still bogs is there a jet i can buy? withough running different exhaust?

 

on Zs there isnt. Or atleast my 97 doesnt have tat. YOu can have it from vertical to horizontal. NO clicks.

thinking of cutting the end of the pipe off to get more sound but will prolly fawk the throttle all to hell

you're right there is only 2 notches for the chocke, but the manual says to put in middle when starting cold?

 

I have the same bike, get rid of it and get an xr, they are built a lot cheaper, i have broken twice as much sh*t on mine than people i know with xr's and z's, get rid of it while you can still get a decent amount of money for it. just my opinion
