bogging on fast acceleration

bogging on fast acceleration
have the takegawa 88cc kit w inner ignition rotor.
when I roll on the throttle everything is fine, however if i snap the throttle the engine bogs out. ive tried raising idle and fuel mixture w no results. do i need new jets? move the needle up a notch? Any help would be greatly appreciated
