There is a bit more to it then just plugging in the extra wires into some lights. You at the least will need a regulator and some resitors to get the right draw for the LEDs.

Just cut my own harness from scratch for one of my custom mini projects ive been working on.

Here is the diagram i came up with and a few pics of the bike. No blinkers but tail light and headlight. exhaust also functions as the tail light. Made the carbon tank and most of the carbon myself.

Actually its only 4 the green with red wire on my diagram is a switched ground that comes from the same area as the stator but is just a switch for the neutral light. All ZB50s, Monkeys and i believe some CT70s engines had the provisioning for a neutral light switch in them. CRF and XR50 cases did not.

Each of your yellow wires would be used for lighting. one would be for direct running lights of some sort and would need be regulated by a regulator otherwise you will be popping bulbs. The other would be used to send also to a rectifier for the battery system or switched BAT power. the blue white sends the pulse to the CDI and the last wire is also connected to the CDI which i believe either powers the CDI or completes the circuit for the pulse. That last wire i mentioned looks to be your green wire. My bet is that would be plugged into the black with red wire on your harness. Obviously blue white to blue white on the harness as well.

Re: i have this after market stator but dotn no what wires go here

2 wires go to the bike.

2 wires are DC output to run the lights. The stock stator does NOT output a DC voltage. Which is why u have those 2 extra wires.

Take ur stock stator and sit it beside the new stator. Trace the wires and see which whires go where on the stator. You should be able to distinguish which ones go to the bike. Then obviously the other 2 are for your lights.

Or u can just take 2 at a time and hook them up to the bike and try to crank it. Real easy to figure out.
