xr50 stunt essentials

whats up

i just bought a xr50 my bike does not seem at alll like it has enough wer to maintain a wheelie . this bike did sit for a year and i plan on trying to clean out the carbs and buying a new spark plug. However i know nothing about stunting a 50 , do most people buy a bigger sprocket? are most people running an 88cc kit? i would like to stunt with the stock engine if possible . what suggestions can someone give to me? i plan on getting a big bar kit and pegs for sure but i was thinking maybe i need a sprocket in order to maintain a wheelie? or should i be able to ride a wheelie with a fully stock xr50 an mine just needs alot of work?????

thanks for any help

I rode for years with stock bars and motor... Not saying its easy but it can be done....

Stock motor works fine too its a 50cc so dont expect it to pull wheelies with you helping it up.

Bars, tires, handbrake are the basics...I use a 50stunt 40 tooth sprocket also. Thought about going back to stock just to see how it feels though.
