got stopped byy cops the other day and got let go, but didnt get so lucky yesterday, got charged with tresspassing with a motor vehicle and 250 dollar ticket for the crf50

Its hard to trespass on "private property" without the owner of the property pressing charges against you. I mean if the cops can just write trespassing charges for the fun of it. I guess they could write me trespassing charges for being on anyones property, even IF my parents on the property, LoL.....Bring that **** to court.........Tell the cop IF u were trespassing, then so was he. IF he didnt have permission by the owner to be on the property and neither did you. You are BOTH in the wrong.....**** the Police...=-)

i am requesting a hearing,the thing that really blows is i have been riding in this lot for over a year.i have permission to ride there from the manager personally.wen i went there last week i saw a big mess in the road,sum stupid kids went there and trashed the place,so then,i go there wanting no trouble and i take all the heat for the idiots....****
one funny thing i like is on my ticket inm the year make model color section.. 09 crf 50 black ahahaha

i know all the trails,i actually took the trail there that day,i coulda slipped off the pavement and ran easy,he already chased me al the way around the place with the bullhorn and blues rippin,i laughed and went around,i was with 3 new guys that had never been to the spot before and had brand new bikes.i knew if i ran and they didnt they would be fucked for my actions.i had permission so i thought i could talk him outta it.believe me i love runnin from the cops i do it alll the time,i was royally pist off that i let myself get fucked

 

im down!!i gotta save up tho,4 hour ride means alot of blunts and a stop at kittens on the way home

 

haha well im 21 in august so looks like ill have to have u come up at some point, we leave ur whip and bring my durango, 8 passenger, can hold prob 3-4 pitbikes and 5-6 passengers lol

 

they are bastards.. they just tell us we gota leave if we had permission to ride there they would let us go but all tha dam **** wit insurance screws ya over.. if i was president id make stunt/drift parks. in sum states and they cant do nuthen..
