03 xr like mine i wouldn't pay anythign over $700 for it even tho it has the big bore in it already. i payed $600 for my 03 tho with a jap motor in it. the rest was stock. now i got a honda motor back in it and HD suspention set me back like $400 more but i have a reliable turd now instead of a unreliable one. i would rather mod it my self thats just the way i am tho then i know how it went together and all that fun stuff. I'de just keep scanning CL i found a stocker for my buddy for $600 had big bars and a bigbore pipe on it tho with a cheap way to big ebay rear shock on it. Long story short its worth the money to buy a honda!
