STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

anybody making custom parts that no1 else has? lets see them ! homeade ghetto rigged i dont care.its all about ingenuity.

i was thinking of some things i wanna try but dont have the means to fabricate them.

i was thinking about calling ryan and asking him to make me a custom peice of pipe that will put your exhaust directly under your subframe.
this will illiminate the burning the leg during peg circles and itll look bad ***..basicly like an undertail for the big bikes

another idea i had but wasnt too sure of was... what if we had passenger pegs that could attach to the 12 bar or subframe ..it would probly require some reinforcement but theres gotta be something bolt on thats possible so heavy riders can do it without wrecking the 50 frames

i dono im just thinking, not expecting much to come from it, for all i know this **** might already be out there....but let me hear what people have for ideas out there.

the undertail exhaust would be a good idea if it would work out i'de be for it. the other part i'm not exactly shure of what your talking about. But i'm guessing you want pass. pegs like on a real bike to do standup wheelies with out being on the stunt pegs?

Hell yeah I'd be all for that mod....was just looking at where the muffler was the other day and was wondering if that would mess w/ me doin circles on the axle pegs when i get em.

Re: STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

That undertail exhaust is an easy mod for just about anyone who has a pipe bender (shaper). Hell i could run down the road and have that done free. But IMO, i dont see it being worth the hassle of getting the bend angle and the length right.......And also, i dont have a problem with my leg getting hot from the pipe at all. IF ur leg is getting hot, chances are ur body positioning is a little off......My 2 cents...=-)

Re: STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

my legs not gettn burnt,i just think it would be cool, something different, kinda a new look for the 50 scene.why have one rear shroud stick way out over your peg making you stand a little crooked(even if it dosent cause you any problems)it would just be a little more flush and even.

i sAW the pegs on the guy from the tigh fx crew,it is a good idea,it should be made more mainstream ,,like an attachment bolt on for the 50 stunt 12 bar..id rock it! i love back peg wheelies, but if it was off the subframe it would be more of a challenge, just my 2 cents,

any other ideas anyone has in mind

Why not just stand on your seat its pretty much the same thing you are talking about.

Re: STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

I wish someone (hint hint RYAN) would make a roundbar for them. I don't car about 12'ing, I just want something to protect my plastics and stiffen up my subframe some. Actually, if it were shaped right and I could put my foot in it, I probably wouldn't even run a rear fender

if youre gonna put your foot in it then the flat bar is perfect

Re: STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

Yeah, I've ridden 50s with flat bars before and that was the only thing I liked about having it. I didn't, however, like catching my legs on it. Basically, I'd like a round bar that just replaced the rear fender.

Re: STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

ya a round bar would be nice so dont mess plastics up and dont hit legs off of it.. imm goin to be one done on my bike and get it welded.. and sub frame reinforced

Re: STUNT IDEAS FOR THE 50s??

For those of you speaking of the 12 bars (protecting ur plastics). Most newbies want the 12 bar to protect plastics. But those of us who know better will tell you the 12 bar will bend the subframe of the 50 (in the wrong hands). Replacing your plastic is alot cheaper than replacing the subframe. So dont just look at the 12 bar as an advantage. Just remember it has a BIG disadvantage in the wrong hands....=-)
