Water shooting out the exhuast
Water shooting out the exhuast
So yesterday I took my 50 mudding and I hit this huge puddle a couple times and everythign seemed ok at the time. So I put it back in the car and head home. When I get home I clean it up and try to start it again. The first 3 or 4 times it just sputters and shoots water out of the exhuast. After doing that a couple times it started and rode fine w/ no one water coming out. Should I be worried about anything?
Take out the spark plug. Kick the **** out of it with the fuel turned off. When no more water comes out of the spark plug hole, change the oil,put in a new plug and go back to riding.
You want to make damn sure you don't have any water in the oil. You may even want to flush it out with some cheapo oil before you put good stuff back in.
I have had to do this when I have totally subbed a bike and it wouldn't run. Your problem doesn't sound as bad as that.
