After market springs are a good idea. Plates won't do ****.

Is it better to goto ryans moores site and get the 88 or go thru Dratv? I cant find a 72cc for the life of me.

I think trailbikes and takegawa are both solid kits from what i hear. i bought mine with a takegawa 88. don't think it has any clutch upgrades but it seems to be holding up fine so far. ryans got mad fast shipping though and order some other **** while you're at it haha

You can run the stock clutch for a while, depending on how hard you bang gears and how much you wiegh. Eventually it will start slipping on you though.

Deff man. I'm weighing in at 170. And if that oil pump goes behind the clutch, it would only make sense to replace the springs while I was there.

I bought my bike with a BBR 82 kit... it needed a clutch when I bought it and it really needs one now.

DRatv is pretty inexpensive and I am pretty sure they have the 72cc jugs. I'd get a cam too. I used them to build a 110 and the parts seemed to be good quality, but if you want to support the stunt industry go through ESD. I'd do the oil pump just for piece of mind.

Yeah would you drill it tho? ya know hte oil passage, people say drill it, it allows more oil. People say leave it, it will cause more oil pressure...

I may have found a complete motor locally, 250 with tb 88cc, 20mm carb and CDI box. I would add the HD oil pump to it. just wondering if I need to drill or not. I will be buying stunt stuff from ESD for sure.

I think I drilled it on my 110. On an 88 that isn't going to be used for racing mini-motocross it probably doesn't matter.

Cool man. I'll just throw it on there and not drill. I'm prolly going to get a HD clutch too just to not have to worry about it in the future. its like what, 70 bucks?
