shipping a 50

anyone know what i can expect to pay to ship a 50 from fla to pa?

Re: shipping a 50

Sometimes people break the bike down into 3 or 4 boxes and ship it that way . A fiddy weighs about 110 lbs

Draining all the fluid out is important . The boxes will be stopped by shipping company if they see leaking oil or smell gas .

is that cheaper than shipping it in one piece?

I think most freight companies charge by the mile or some **** . Ask over at planetminis , lots of fiddy parts shipping goes on over there .

the guy I know of up here charges by the mile. But you might be able to go through ups or something if you take it apart and clean up oils and smells real well

you can ship it to pa for under $100 through fedex thats all parts in one box
