My 50 is bogging down

I've had my 50 for a little over a year. I went out riding the other day and warmed it up for about 5 minutes and then after a few minutes of riding found it was bogging down way too much. Its about 25 degrees outside and I think the cold might be the problem but I'm not sure.

ANY IDEAS??

Fresh gas maybe? Stale fuel or gummed up petcock will def cause a bog when it's starving for fuel.
