Boring out stock 50 cylinder?

Boring out stock 50 cylinder?
Has anyone tried boring out one of the stock 50 cylinders? I have an 88c piston that I want to drop in my bike but I don’t want to pay for a new cylinder. Are the stock cylinders sleeved?
