made some progress yesterday
I rode after work yesterday for a couple hours and I'm not really sure what happend. I just got cocky and tried some new ****. It was pretty exciting!
After just a few minutes of trying i was able to bring up a sit down. Put the left leg over the handle bars, take my left hand off the bar and ride like that for a few, bring the leg back down then go into a staggered stance, then back to sit down and so forth.
It's amazing how fast it comes along if you just get out there and ride. the day before i was just getting to the point of really learning to consistantly balance straight sit downs. I'm not bragging, just more of motivation to stick with it!

Re: made some progress yesterday
if you really want to learn balance try taking your left hand off or bringing a leg out. It really pushes you to keep the bike up. But still nothing too hard to do. i don't even have a HB yet .
Re: made some progress yesterday
heh heh, HB wont help much when the left hand is off but I hear what you're saying...taking a hand off or sticking a leg out does help ya learn. Stick them way out there and it acts as a counter balance weight.
