Retarded Fiddy question

Aight go ahead and laugh at me.......IF i put a rear HB on my fiddy. Will that make my foot brake useless. Or is there some sort of way i can have both the foot brake and the hb.......Tired of my damn foot brake, using it all of the time....=-)

Re: Retarded Fiddy question

Sweet....Thank you for the quick answer. I know we run dual caliper set ups on our big bikes. Just sounded kinda odd to ask that question about a Fiddy. I mean since the Fiddy doesnt have calipers and all that stuff, LoL.....Ahhh well, sounds like an investment.......=-)

Re: Retarded Fiddy question

if you put a hb on your 50 it basicly makes it like running a hb adapter...

so if your using the hb the footbrake is useless and vice versa.. they wont work at the same time

Re: Retarded Fiddy question

When you squeeze the hand brake on a fiddy , the foot brake will move downward (as if being used) , because they are both connected to the brake arm .

And if you push on the foot brake on a fiddy , the hand brake will become limp , at the first part of the hand lever travel , because of the same reason .

You can use them at the same time , because :

"lets say" you grab the hand brake a little to slow down . The foot brake pedal will travel a little downward too . You can still push on the brake pedal farther doqwn and apply the brakes harder .

And vise versa with the foot brake being pushed a little . And the hand brake working .

Did that make sense

Re: Retarded Fiddy question

LoL, @ u guys flaming each other back and fourth. Its cool, no sense in flaming each other over it. I went ahead and ordered the advanced rear HB setup from 50stunt. If they work together at the same time, its cool. If i can only use one at a time, its still cool.....I just wanted to make sure i didnt have to uninstall my rear footbrake and disconnect everything just to use a HB setup.......So now i gotta wait on Ryan to ship the dang thing, hehe....=-)

Re: Retarded Fiddy question

dude just wait, the extended brake arm makes a WORLD of difference! just make sure you follow the directions and put a nut on both sides of the foot pedal rod or you'll have problems with it
