blown out rear shock

blown out rear shock

after a few hours of my 200 pound *** skyin on the fiddy, i finally blew out the rear shock. i currently have the gearworks spring on it. what are my options as far as getting a new shock with more travel and a stiffer spring?? the gear works was a big improvement, but it just aint stiff enough for my fat ***. i need opinions!! thanx.

you can not blowout an xr 50 shock it has no fluids or air....it is just greased up to keep it from seizing. but if you want to get a shock for your fat *** get the ishock.

the rear has oil in it, i promise. drill a hole in yers and see what happens. the damn thing bled all over my bike. i thought i was leakin engine oil from somewhere from ridin 2 mile long wheelies. that i shock does look the best from what ive seen. maybe ill just eat ramen noodles for a couple weeks so i can afford it.

Yeah, the rear shocks blows so easy, I have 2 shocks both blown seals. You can keep an eye out on ebay for some. Theres one guy on here selling a rear shock for like $40.
