crf50 billet rim + soppies

i got a set of douglas billet rims from two bros a while back. ever since installin them ive ahd a problem it my stoppies. either it locks n skids, or grabs way too hard. previoulsy was rollin 50+ ft with a excel rim/stock hub combo. tried adjusting brake, w/ and w/o my 50stunt brake arm, bought a new michelin s1, changed the pads, tried different brands of pads, and sanding the braking/inner hub surface. wondering if anyone has issues? do u think the inner hub surface could be warped?

I doubt that the hub surface would be warped, but it could grab different since it's machined.

Sounds like you have done every thing possible. I have never heard of douglas wheels having any issues. Just bounce harder when first bring it up.
