i have a 03 xr50, and i was gone for a week (no one else was home) and now my bike wont start... gassed her up, and now she wont work. and there is something leakin out of the bottom

o and that something turns out to be gas. it is coming out of a small black tube, that lays on my skid plate. it will start to come out when ever i try to start the bike.
