What ya'll think about thumpstar/UPC bikes?

Got offered a trade for 2 of these

I keep hearing good things about them, but i'd like some insight from those of you who really put your bikes thru the paces. =)

they are good bikes but the suspension is weak.
i have some extra shocks and usd forks for you and then i'll say it's a good trade.:YEAH

They're 06's.. supposedly have an upgraded thumpstar shock?

btw I live in vegas now but i spent my whole life in Hurst. Did you go to LDBell? I may know you.

I'd be trading a banshee that i have listed for sale for 2800 bucks. If i get some graphics kits and **** with 'em is it about an even deal? I also have another 125 with a coil, carb, rev box, and some other mods that would xfer over. And i can stiffen the preload up on the forks no problem.

Went to LDB class of 02. Small world!

I'll check out your site, i'm thinkin about doin the trade just bc the banshee is boring... and my roommate has 2.

I agree. Traded my old ninja for it, and i been kickin myself in the *** ever since. I was trying to trade the banshee for a stuntbike, but nobody bit so i'm buying a minty 04 600rr and i guess gettin these 2 bikes to play around on with my girl.

are replacement parts easy to come by for UPC/Thump*?
