just got my 12 bar from turbo glenn its badass i thought it was going to be uneven because i had hit the frame a few times before i got it but it all turned out good. ok heres a question if you 12 it will it bend your frame easy or do you have to hit really hard because i can ease into it but i was just wondering. thanks for the bar.

 

I think you mean sub frame.

 

I have hit my bar from glenn pretty good a couple of times and I haven't bent the subframe yet. It seems to be a good design and it is definatly sturdy. Just watch your shins, I think I am gonna grind my bar smooth soon. I have ruined a few pairs of pants now snaggin it on the bar.

i've been entertaining the thought about puttin a 12 bar on my bike but i hardly ever use to hit the bar on my old bike. plus i love stoppies more and always hated when i go over and have to worry about the bar hittign me in the back.

 

he's right, he's not just saying that...my sub frame was a lil tweaked from standing on the rear fender, after bolting glenns bar on it pulled the sub alil straighter. and i hit my bar hard all the time totally happy with it...only drawback is it didn't come with u bolts (gota complain about something)

 

no u bolts kinda sucked but that thing is strong. how many of those have you sold?

 

+1 on turboglenns bar. i have slammed it as hard as i can and havent bent the subframe. wouldnt trade it for anything.

 

sorry about the Ubolts,... the local hardware store wont keep them in stock enough for me to supply them with every purchase ( i mainly include them on overseas shipments where standard sizes jsut arent available and they have to pay massive shipping anyway), plus they raised the price on them at my lcoal ACE and i try adn keep teh bars as cheap as i can.
