lifan mounting problems.

i have a 03 xr 50 and i got the lifan engine my rear brake is coverd by the tranny and i dunno if i should bend it handbrake wont really work beacuse i like fornt brakes and i got a clutch on other side.. also spark plug wire doesnt mount to frame.

well my skid plate doesnt match up... the carb main jet barely fits to the side of the frame my pipe doesnt fit now becuase the head is extended.

im seriously thinkin this person has no idea what there talkin about... rear brake hitting the tranny? how is that possible unless ur running an aftermarket over the top lever... and spark plug wire not mounting? anyone else lost? if your referring to the coil you changed the motor not the frame, so how did you lose ur mount?

the aftermarket coil wont mount where the stock mount is so i modifiyed it and put it where the stock case breather mounts too..well the rear brake isnt such an issue beacuse my firned has a cutting torch and ima just heat it up and bend it out. beacuase right now its currently under the transmission. i will get pictures soon so you guys get the picture...

Quote "rear brake hitting the tranny? how is that possible" well my new transmission is 4 gears and it adds about 3 inches to each side so if i install the rear brake without modification the only way itll work is if its modified

my motard has an AA 125 manual motor on it and i had no problems what so ever...

well i heated up my brake lever and bent it so now it fits.y clutch cable that they gave me doesnt fit tried and tried to get it on. and the throutle cable doesnt fit the carb. so i geuss ill buy a ne on e of thoose also 2 wires are missing in the electricals that i havent found for stock and also there is no ground wire... which is wired... otherwise my stock stator cover fits over the case until i cut the case it came with..

well my oil cooler is here... also my carb is a 26 mm so it barely fits outside the frame but ima have to run the throttle cable in between the tank and frame sorry for my shitty typing a lil drunk..
