just bought one i think ima try to take it easy so i dont break.. it... like(no feathring clutch out of berms)

i dont have personal experience but i havent heard to many bad things about those lifan engines.....people just dont like them because were all die hard HONDA fans and dont like off asian off brands haha

Bought one a few weeks ago and it seems to be keeping up with the punishment, dry shifting, over revving, etc.. i will keep you posted on anything that goes bad lol, i'm fearing the clutch might be the first one to go...

yea well i aint gonna dry shift mine... im worryed even about feathering the clutch out of berms...but after i have it for a bit i bet ill start to get lazy again...

yeah, that's how it was in the beginning. Take it easy on everything, a few days later the attitude changed to, "f*ck it just buy a new one if it breaks" A little off topic, but has anyone ever tried to advance the timing on these engines, and if so, would you recommend it.

No offense but why would you buy something that you know you "have to take it easy on"....?? Why not just buy a honda and running the living **** out of it and still have it running at the end of the day?

because 50s are slow

i'm thinking of getting one next spring for the dirt 50....haven't heard anything bad about them although i haven't met anyone with one.

well i allmost got this f ucker in place.. after some tiring modifiying bs.. i havent started it but jhopefully it kicks the **** out of my friends 88... i got a 39 tooth bottom end sprocket so itll hopefully haul ***...
