It is semi auto. You just use the foot shifter. No clutch. Do you have any previous bike expierience (if you do, it would be easier to relate it). Everyone was a n00b at one point, don't worry about it.

I want to change my xr 70 over to manual clutch but have never seen one on a bike! I see the kits on ebay for $75 with shift shaft ,but are they reliable like the stock auto clutch set-up??

k3gsxr, i can relate, i didn't know anything, but get a friend wiht a fiddy or a quad and have him teach you, learning how to ride a 50 is pretty easy , i just need to learn how to let out the clutch on his quad.
