people look at you crazy when you do it..like dam hella flexable.. but I cant do nice spreaders for sh*t cuz my legs cant/wont go straight lol.. I guess I need to practice some pilates...

 

yeah my spreaders are garbage too. I learned the podium when I was out by myself fidding around. I did one day around some of the guys I ride with and they just kinda look'd at me shaking their heads with a big cheesy smile on their face.:YEAH
