Does anybody make bar ends for a fiddy? I'm slowly converting mine into a stunter and learning alot about brake control and BP that I can use on the big bike. But I'm crashing like a b%^tch and keep ripping the edges of my grips.

Would be nice if it had some ends on there to scrape instead of the grips and grinding the end of the joker bar...

 

Mabye some BMX ones would fit

 

cut out the end of the grips and the end of the throttle tube.. buy some barends at your local motorcycle shop.. they fit.

 

Universals will only fit if you have aftermarket bars. 7/8" Is that what you meant by Joker bar?

What I do without bar ends

Is just cut the new throttle, and new grip, and slide them up the bar a tiny bit, so the end of the bar sticks out.

I don't know how strong the joker bars are though, but if you have problems bending your bars, check out 50 stunt bars.. They are VERY thick and I haven't managed to bend mine yet


Also I think Acerbis makes metal hand guards, that protect your brake/clutch levers

 

there is a screw thing at the end and a ruber peice that fits into the bars. when u tighten the screw the ruber peice expands and fits into the bars.

u can get u a set for like $13 or $14
im going to out a set in my bike this week sometime

 

ghetto fix is to put a QUARTER in your grip before you install it, and it keeps the bars from ripping through... ussed that trick back in the day BMXing
