Chain Tension

Ok I have a knock off fiddy but it's really good quality one. The only thing i dont like about it is with it sitting high, the chain is where when i sit on it the chain tightens which i dont like but worse is when i dont have weight on it, such as on the pegs the chain is really loose and it sometimes slips on the sprocket under load. should i just lower it down like a stock xr? Its hard to explain but somebody has to know what Im trying to say. thanks

Re: Chain Tension

It sounds like the chain is too loose. The chain is supposed to get tighter when you sit on it or apply any weight to the bike. The chain should not be slipping at all might wanna check the teeth on you sprockets for that one.

Re: Chain Tension

Swingarm geometry is jacked. You need to add chain rollers or just deal with it.
