which way does what? turn left for more gas or air?

Righty tighty-lefty loosey. Turn it all the way in to close it then back it out till you get it where it needs to be. This is kind of a trial and error thing so just mess with it till it's right.

will this get the bog out? i put a uni filter anf fmf pipe on and it wants to bog

Have you jetted it yet? I put a K&N on mine plus removed the spark arrester in the pipe. Mine had a bog. I raised the needle one notch as a temporary fix. I have a #60 jet on order , should be in by the weekend.

Jet it! I had the same problem. big time bog down low. Then would clear right out Now w/ it jetted - yanks nice from the bottom
