Question Break in of a new XR50, do U bother?

Pretty much as the topic states. Do U brake in your bikes? If so how? Taking it easy for X hours and then let it have it? Change oil perhaps...?

break in

run it for about a half hour , then change the oil,make sure all bolts are tight,then let her eat .........thats how i do my bikes -never had a problem,peace

yeah i break mine in....take it out...try to do a wheelie....hold it to the grip for a bit...then make sure its good and warm and go out and beat it some more....or then beat it some more...and your suposed to check the oil???

I didn't break mine in. Its a honda - why bother. I beat mine from the time i start it to when i Put it away & it wants more. The first bike i ever owned i broke in (2002 R6) and I blew 2 tranny's in 600 miles. So ever since - I ride my **** like its gonna be ridden for the rest of its life.
