Check it out. New idea from 50stunt.com. This handlebar adapter moves the stock bars up 1 inch and forward one inch. It also rocks the bars forward at a 10 degree angle so your hands would be moved an extra inch or so forward for a total of one inch up and 2 inches forward from the stock hand position. Gonna make a prototype today, just like to see if there is any intrest in something like this. Cheap alternative to a big bar kit!

I will, me and Stanton are working on the prototype right now. Got to dig out the stock bars from the parts pile.

 

thats not exactly a new idea, somebodys been selling the same thing for a year or 2 now. look on 50cc racing

 

Just checked it out. That part does not angle the bars forward at all. Plus its not cnc milled out of 6061 aluminum alloy. I will post some pics when it is done and you see the difference. :YEAH

i loved stock bars ... rocked em for the first 8 months .... still not the biggest fan of big bars ... maybe i'll switch back - and yes that design on 50cc racing was cheap, I saw it before .... this design looks sweet

 

yea im on stock z 50 bars, i would be interested if you made one for a z 50 (the are different)

 

stock cables gonna be long enough?

if so, that'd be one hell of a good deal for guys looking for some room, but on a budget.

 

Stanton says the stock cables will reach, I will find out for sure when the proto is bolted up.

 

yeah i tried to copy the 50cc racing style with a _|- bracket but it was really sloppy
