I have a pair still on my stock bars I just replaced with the BBR kit. Not sure if you can heat up the adhesive and remove the grips or not? Never tried with stock grips. Oury's might be close in pattern. PM me if you are interested.

Toss Them!!!
Get yourself a clamp and some 7/8 BMX bars off ebay. Oury grips from fast 50's are real nice.
