Need a good Laugh?
Need a good Laugh?
Well, my fiddy finally took a good spill! Except I wasn't on it! I was out riding and my neighbor came out with her son and asked if I minded if he watched!! No problem!! I started talking to the 11 year old kid and he never took his eyes off the fiddy. I asked if he had ever ridin a bike before and he said "Ya lots of time up in NY" Well, being the nice neighbor that I am I said "tell you what, if your mom doesn't mind you can take the bike for a quick ride." He ran inside and him and his mom come out a moment later. I give him a overview of the bike and ask him if he had any question. "nope I'm good to go!" Then grabs the throttle wide open! At this point his hands are still on the handle bars, with the throttle still wide open, but his butt and legs are flappin for the back of the bike! If that isn't funny enough. The bike finally falls to it side (luckly in the grass) but he does a belly flop right on the rear tire. Sucked for him hes still on the throttle. In a matter of seconds the rear sprocket ripped his shirt right off him! Then the tire grabs his belly and left tire burn from his belly button down to his knee!! Both him and the bike are ok but man I wish I had that on tape!!!
Re: Need a good Laugh?
yeah i let my little cousins ride the bike and you've really gotta tell them to go easy on the throttle. if they fark up, they should just jump off and let go of the bike. it's always amusing to see them trying to save a spill, with the throttle still wide open. hehe.
but that rear tire can definitely do some damage. had my food stuck between tire and seat and it really chewed up my timberland boots. lucky i was wearing a mid cuff boot cos my ankle would be toast by now.

Haha that sucks, glad he's ok though... The other day I was taking my brand new 50 out and I was adjusting the front brake cable. I must have pulled the throttle cable by accident ( i was sitting on the seat in first gear) and the dam thing went full throttle. I was like Nooooooo I had to letit holeshot out from my arms and then it went like 10-15 feet and did hyper-spins untill i managed to grab the kill switch.
