That switch was a few bucks @ Wal-mart. I started up the engine and turned it on so the light would come on, but it's tough to tell.

what is the ID of the fork tube?

Only got one pic of the stiffeners, I don't have a measurement for the inside diameter on this computer.. I can take a look later on one of the other computers. I just took the leg with me to the metal place and put it up on the board to match a close size on the cold roll hex. If I remember right I'm thinking .70 for I.D. it wasn't something that they had in stock as a round size which is why I went this route with the hex and just ground down the edges till it fit snugly in the legs..

The jet is a #60 from Honda. We put the pin all the way to the bottom notch. What's funny is we fired up the bike and it started right up, running better than before. Sucker sounds great w/ the new air filter setup.

The bar ends are actually vibration dampners. I got them here in town from Hub Cycle. They are made by Bike Master and come in 3 colors; chrome, anodized black, and anodized blue. The shop had delrin bar ends in a street bike magazine but they were $40. The Bike Master dampners were $10.

Re: --- My Custom Bike Work, Feb. '05---

the twin air and #60 are a great match! atleast here in our KC location. Took me forever to dial mine in when I first did all the mods finally got mine runnin right with the clip on the very bottom notch.. My guess is the UNI should be about the same. When we did his I knew right where to start and sure as **** no other adjustments needed other then 1/4 turn on the idle screw to make up for the headlight..

there only like $6 each for the jets from honda. More then likely they wont have them in stock, so you might as well order the #60 & #62 that way if you run out of adjustments on the 60 you have the 62 right there to try without having to wait. Plus your only out an extra $6
