Re: 12 bar.

Smooth is hard lol! I have only put maybe a whole hour on trying mine out cus soon as I got it the weather turned to ****. It's a weird *** feeling to start out tho cus your so used to keeping from going that far back! The hour or so I did practice with it I had a hard time touching down nice and even. I seem to get one side down before the other. This is where I feel the puck setup on the bad phish rocks, I'm pretty sure if I touched down tilted on a flat bar it would throw you. With the pucks I just slide along on the one! It's damn sure fun tho! Can't wait till I can seriously put some time on it..

Re: 12 bar.

Hey fuscat, r u happy with the 8 inch wide bar? Do ya think you should have gone with the wider 10 inch?

Any input on the size variation would be appreciated.

Re: 12 bar.

fuscat ru doing it in first or second? b/c if its in first its not enough to throw your weight back to the front when you hit the brake.unless you slide fast first then hit it. try it in second and commit till you hit the bar. dont worry about looping you got a 12 bar. so just trust your skills and the pieces of machinery. aight hope that helps/// :YEAH

Re: 12 bar.

Skinny, yea I am happy with it! I went with the 8" off recommendation and while I've only hit a wider one a few times I can tell you my calves and shins already appreciate it! It's alot easier to dodge in a bail out! Plus the bad phish is rounded on the edges.. I still got bumps and bruises from my friend's wider flat bars with straight edges.

Lunatk, just 1st so far.. I havent gotten the ***** to try 2nd yet! I can only get it to come back down about 50/50 when i hit on it in 1st and you really gotta mash it! I usually end up having to bail. Like I said I havent gotten to put alot of time on it yet so I am still just trying to get used to the feeling of going all the way up like that! It's weird when I spent the last 4 or 5 months just trying to learn the BP. I finally get that on lock and now trying to go further lol Thanks for the advice tho man you cats make it look so damn good!!

Re: 12 bar.

I just skimmed through this thread so if its been posted sorry.

Check out www.freestyleingenuity.com they make a badass bar that doesnt require drilling. It uses U-bolts to mount and reaches all the way to down to the main frame.

Check it out here
